Awful customer service!

Would like to sync my Iphone entries to my iPad. I once again emailed them and of course no reply. JUST HORRIBLE customer service. Should all be fired.

App absolutely needs iPad support. I have emailed their "customer service" twice with zero response. Developers promise great service and deliver pathetically. Looking to replace this app unless they improve very fast. They also need DropBox support. If you want top notch service look elsewhere.
