Great app but...

Ive used this app almost daily for over a year. I tried several other journaling apps and I like this one the most... However, I am disappointed in the lack of app support. Ive written twice to ask for help and the reason why the app crashes every time I try to open a photo. As soon as I touch a photo that has been uploaded, the app crashes. Not sometimes. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I would like to be able to view all of my photos without having to go to my Evernote backup. Really irritating. Really frustrating that the app developers havent bothered responding. Other than that, its a really great app with really nice options. I enjoy how clean and simple it is to use.
